JobFitMatters.com is now SIMAInternational.com

On December 7, 1997 JobFitMatters.com went live on the Internet.
Rob Stevenson and I had just been awarded the search for the CEO of a very large nonprofit organization and the search committee for that organization wanted to place an ad in the Wall Street Journal. Not wanting to miss the opportunity for potentially hundreds to respond to the ad, we developed the JobFitMatters.com web site.

Since then we have had hundreds of thousands of "hits" to the site. We are thankful for all of the people who regularly visit our site.

As our company has grown, in revenue, product offerings and size of staff, our leadership has wisely decided that it is time to change the name of our company to more adequately reflect the scope and depth of the services we provide for our clients.

People Management International is now SIMA International. Our new name reflects our core belief that people do their best work when they are operating out of their giftedness or internal motivations.
