When Ministry by Design conducts your search for a new leader, the process itself produces much of the critical data needed to power a detailed Success Assurance engagement (that includes a SIMA® Motivated Abilities Pattern® on your new pastor, your church's Vital Signs® Report and a deep understanding of the Critical Ministry Requirements needed for success).

Pastoral Success Assurance uses qualitative and quantitative assessments and coaching on both the organization and the individual. These resources give rich insight for developing an individual assurance plan for each new leader.
