What Is the SIMA® Process?

Our proprietary System for Identifying Motivated Abilities that enables the leaders and team members to understand what truly drives each individual.

All individuals have their own motivational pattern of giftedness that affects their every interaction and decision. These motivational patterns determine how people see their position's requirements, how they approach and solve problems, what they strive to achieve, and even describes the nature of relationships they seek.

Ultimately, these patterns (Motivated Abilities Patterns) can determine whether individuals are a good fit - or a bad mistake - in your church or organization. Yet rarely are individuals or their advisors, managers or boards even aware of these underlying patterns.

The SIMA® Process involves people recalling a number of achievements they enjoyed doing and believe were done well. By analyzing of these experiences, SIMA® reveals a consistently recurring pattern which emerges in early years and stays constant throughout each person's life. All of our search and consultant offerings leverage this understanding.

These patterns of strengths, motivations and designs reveal what is most important to each individual - what he or she wants to do most in life, is most excited about, and draws the most satisfaction from. Because people will strive to fulfill their patterns of strength and motivation in any job situation, a person's pattern makes clear the type of ministry and work situations at which he or she will excel.

No other system can provide an analysis this detailed, describing an individual's work system strengths and preferences, and also predicting future achievement, behavior and results.
