Nancy Moore

Nancy Moore is a Senior Search Consultant with SIMA® International. She focuses her practice on consulting and retained search in churches and faith-based non-profits, specializing in senior leadership search, succession planning and selection services.

Before joining SI in 2006, Nancy served for seven years as a senior staff team member at an Evangelical Free Church in Woodbury, Minnesota, where she was the small groups director overseeing more than 150 leaders. Nancy is passionate about great leadership.

Nancy has also developed and led a variety of successful ministry teams. She knows how vital it is to have "the right people on the bus and in the right seats." Her experience with churches now yields a partnership perspective that is evident in her search work. She desires to serve her clients at the highest level as a valuable search partner and trusted advisor. Her leadership experience and her love of the local church combine to create a highly motivated search consultant who works hard to identify candidates who meet the needs of the organization, and to ensure a productive and successful search process that delivers results.

Nancy and her husband of nineteen years have two teenage daughters. She enjoys travel, fantasy football, and relaxing by the water. Her family lives in Woodbury, Minnesota.
