Ken Johnson

Ken Johnson is a Senior Field Associate with SIMA® International. He specializes in career guidance services, with particular emphasis on SII's Discover Your Design (DYD®) programs for use with groups.

Ken brings more than 28 years of ministry and career guidance experience, including several years as the Career-Life Counseling/LifeWork Consulting Director in the College of Counseling & Health Care for the University of the Nations, Hawaii. While there, he co-taught SIMA®/DYD® seminars to more than 1,000 participants, and directed training for numerous students and staff.

Ken's work resulted in the multiplication of SIMA®-based programs locally, nationally, and internationally to eight countries. In 1988, he extended the LifeWork Consulting program (later renamed Christian LifeFit) to the northwest, and co-taught more than 150 SIMA®/DYD® assessment seminars, with follow-up consulting.

His background also includes seven years as a career search specialist in the computer and medical training fields, and 17 years in retail corporate management.

Education:
• 3 years of college with an emphasis in business administration
• 5 years retail management studies, computer vocational instructor training, and missions training

From the first time I heard about the SIMA® process while listening to Art Miller, Jr., on the 700 Club thirty years ago, and through the many confirmations and "stirrings" I have received from God, along with the "word" that God gave me that SIMA® is a tool provided by Him to help "reveal" His internally given Wisdom to each person, it has continually proven to be true. I have had the joy of seeing hundreds of SIMA® participants "set free" from ignorance and misunderstanding of their God-given abilities, and many helped to find the "right path."
