Susan R. Grimes

Susan Grimes (Suz) is a Senior Consultant with SIMA® International. Her practice focuses on leadership development, high-potential development, executive search, executive coaching, and career coaching.

Suz brings an extensive background in executive development and a passion for optimizing individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining SI in 1991, she designed and facilitated national executive training programs in the corporate sector. She now designs workshops, training programs, and leadership development programs that build on the foundation of SIMA®.

Suz serves a diversity of clients, from corporations to not-for-profits, She has worked with executives and professionals in health care, financial services, and education. Her clients include CentraCare Health System, Northwestern College, Best Buy, Marvin Windows, and Union University (Jackson, Tennessee).

She is an adjunct faculty member at Bethel University in the Masters of Organizational Leadership Program.

Education:
• St. Olaf College, Northfield Minnesota, B.A. in psychology and religion
• University of St. Thomas, M.A. in human resource development, with a certificate in organization development
