Brian Cronk

Brian Cronk is an Ordained Minister with a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership. Originally from New Orleans, he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management from the University of Southern Mississippi. Upon graduation, Brian joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ, serving for 15 years. During this time in Texas, Louisiana, Croatia, Florida, and Minnesota, Brian personally ministered to hundreds of college students and young adults. He also served for three years with Grace Ministries International in Atlanta as a teacher and mentor to dozens of full-time vocational Christian workers. His last role with Campus Crusade for Christ was as the National Director of Human Resources for one of their adult ministries.

Brian has recently volunteered with New Life Family Services and Damascus Way in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. As a New Life volunteer, Brian counseled fathers of crisis pregnancies. As a volunteer for Damascus Way, Brian worked with incarcerated men transitioning back to life outside of prison.

Brian loves the challenge and the unknown of executive search: finding the best person for a role and putting the puzzle together of where this person will ultimately come from. Though he is motivated by relationships, he loves investigating a possible fit through initiating and engaging with people, understanding their gifting and motivation, and matching that to the complexities of a particular role.

Brian has been married to his wife Schelli for 10 years. They have an 8 year old son, Jake, and a 6 year old daughter, Regan. They live in Apple Valley, Minnesota and are members of River Valley Church. Brian is currently working on a black belt in Taekwondo with his son Jake, and loves LSU football, running, reading, and his family.
