Laura Coverstone

Laura serves as Director of Operations for SIMA®International Mid-South. She has over 17 years of managerial and leadership experience in the Human Resources field, primarily in the temporary staffing industry. She earned a Master's Degree in Communication from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Since joining the firm in March 2009, she has been instrumental in developing practice improvements, coordinating internal and external communication, and assisting in delivering our consulting services.
Prior to joining SIMA International, Laura held roles of Account Executive with Select Staffing and Branch Manager with Adecco Employment Services. She worked with a broad range of clients, assisting them in planning and implementing staffing strategies. Her commitment to excellence and dedication to her clients earns her enormous respect and loyalty from her clients and colleagues.
In addition, Laura has been active in the Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for 15 years, has served on the local Nashville Young Life Advisory Board, and is an active member of Christ Presbyterian Church.
