Judy Elliman

For twenty years Jude has built a consulting practice in the UK and throughout the world. She has established the business making it a highly respected niche consultancy working with a select group of clients.

Highly regarded as an executive coach she has pioneered the application of SIMA in a variety of demanding situations creating a range of innovative programs for specific markets - young people, college graduates, first-time managers, emerging leaders, people in transition.

Insightful, inspirational and impactful Jude is trusted by her clients to help them in the most during the most difficult and demanding times of their lives.

A truly skilled facilitator of teams and groups she is much sought after as the person to: help teams refocus their strategies, envisage new futures, resolve conflicts and enable them and their organizations to move forwards.

She has twenty-year relationships with a number of FTSE 100 firms and leading charities: BT, BP, BFBS, LloydsTSB, New York Mellon Bank, PwC.

She has coached leaders on how to serve their organisations and how to survive and thrive in the Boardroom

She has worked with a huge variety of individuals in the City of London from investment banks to big 4 accountants

She has worked with In-house HR and HC professionals to create tailored, innovative development programmes for all levels of staff

She holds a first degree in Education coupled with extensive experience as a teacher and trainer. She has a Diploma in Special Education from the Institute of Education, Cambridge.

She trained for three and a half years, part-time on a post-graduate course on Counselling and Psychotherapy with the ‘Oxford Centre for Human Relations', followed by a further three years study with ‘Gestalt in Organisations' focussing on coaching and Gestalt consultancy.

She is currently completing her Master NLP Practitioner qualification.

Jude brings a depth and width of personal experience, a degree of creativity which, when coupled with her extensive SIMA expertise enables her to identify a person's motivation and help them apply this effectively to a variety of situations. Her love of learning enables her to integrate all the different perspectives she brings with the foundation of insight that SIMA provides.
