Ronald R. Evans

Ron Evans is a Managing Director of SIMA® International. His practice focuses on CEO and COO leadership recruitment for companies undergoing significant growth or change.

Ron has been recruiting high-impact executives for 25 years with elite global consultancies Korn/Ferry, Ward Howell, and Ernst & Young. He grew his own firm, ESearch Group, for ten years until merging it with SIMA® International in 2004. He has completed hundreds of challenging senior management assignments for diverse organizations, and is well known for consistently delivering:

Recent clients include numerous private equity funds, as well as operating companies such as Axon Labs, Naturipe Farms, ASM Corp., Specialty Manufacturing, and Old Bridge Cellars. Well known clients such as Pennzoil, Harley-Davidson, Ernst & Young, and Yale University (Sachem Fund) have entrusted Ron with their most sensitive leadership needs.

A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Ron has been featured in the Wall Street Journal online edition (see www.careerjournal.com) and is author of the popular executive guidebook "Kiss Your Resume Goodbye". He is past president of the Avon Chamber of Commerce, has served on numerous non-profit boards, and is a shareholder and advisor to several entrepreneurial companies. Ron has been married to the love of his life, Cindy, for over 25 years. They have three sons.
