Rob Stevenson

Managing Director

Rob Stevenson is a Managing Director of SIMA® International. His expertise has to do with executive search, executive coaching, succession planning, career planning, and high-potential employee identification and development.

Rob brings extensive experience in the healthcare industry, family and closely held businesses, not-for-profit management, board governance and development, and government institutions at both the state and federal levels.

Rob has been with SII for more than 28 years, and is a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining the company he was a special assistant to Minnesota Governor Albert Quie (1977 to 1983), and a member of the senior policy team. He has served on the boards of directors for three not-for-profit organizations, has been an adjunct faculty member at three Minnesota graduate schools, and has significant entrepreneurial experience in helping to start three organizations. He also has gained considerable expertise at the executive level in leading clinics and functions in healthcare management.


Education:
• Denison University, B.A, in history and sociology
• University of Minnesota, M.H.A. in healthcare management

 

 

I was introduced to SIMA® in 1981, and since then have experienced it personally and used it with several thousand individuals and several hundreds of organizations. As a result, I am now more committed than ever to the wisdom and insight it brings to understanding people.
