I have worked with almost every type of assessment methodology, including assessment centers. SIMA® not only provides the most valid and predictive insights, but the information can be directly translated into hiring criteria and performance goals. SIMA® is based on actual evidence of behavior, as contrasted to preference-based assessments, which are easily biased. Follow-up studies confirm that SIMA® insights are more successfully applied by the client. In my 30+ years of experience, I have found no other way to provide individuals and organizations with the kind of insight and predictive validity that SIMA® provides.
