Robert W. Peters

Robert W. Peters is a Managing Director of SIMA® International. He provides targeted management consulting to serve individuals and organizations in realizing their fullest potential and maximizing their core competencies and strengths.

Bob brings more than 25 years of field experience as a senior manager and practitioner in human resources. He uses the SIMA® process in conjunction with an extensive tool kit of human resources and organizational design methodologies, working with senior management to develop strategy, organizational capacity, and HR/OD systems to support management intervention and change.

Bob is an adjunct faculty member at the Colorado Springs campus of the University of Phoenix.

• Metropolitan State University, St. Pail, Minnesota, B.A. in marketing and business
• Chapman University (Minnesota Extension), M.S. in human resource management and development
